Our Services
The facilitative model of mediation focuses on empowering the disputing parties to find their own resolutions. In this approach, the mediator acts as a neutral facilitator, guiding the discussion and helping the parties communicate more effectively. Instead of offering solutions or making decisions, the mediator encourages the parties to explore their interests, identify common ground, and generate mutually agreeable solutions. This model emphasizes the importance of open dialogue, collaboration, and self-determination, allowing the parties to retain control over the outcome. The facilitative model is particularly effective in fostering long-term cooperation and understanding, as it encourages the parties to develop their own conflict resolution skills.
Private Mediation

Private mediation is a voluntary process where parties in a dispute seek the assistance of an impartial mediator to facilitate a resolution. Unlike courtroom battles, private mediation offers a confidential setting where all parties can openly discuss their issues without the constraints of formal legal procedures. Private mediation is particularly effective in resolving neighbourhood disputes, interpersonal conflict and other civil matters.
